尼爾基水利風(fēng)景區(qū)規(guī)劃
尼爾基水利樞紐是嫩江干流上的大型水利工程。尼爾基風(fēng)景區(qū)的開發(fā)建設(shè)是在保護(hù)水資源、修復(fù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行的旅游開發(fā)活動(dòng)。本規(guī)劃對(duì)尼爾基的旅游資源、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、旅游開發(fā)狀況等進(jìn)行了全面調(diào)查、分析及評(píng)價(jià)，同時(shí)以可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思想為指導(dǎo)，制定了尼爾基水利風(fēng)景區(qū)發(fā)展的總體目標(biāo)，編制了旅游發(fā)展、水環(huán)境保護(hù)、綠化建設(shè)等方案，為尼爾基水利樞紐風(fēng)景區(qū)建設(shè)及旅游資源開發(fā)提供了科學(xué)的技術(shù)支持。
Under the broader Nierji Water Control Project, we were engaged to undertake development planning for the Nierji Nature Reserve, combining water reservation, resource protection, and environment rehabilitation with ecotourism. Overall development objectives and targets were recommended, in compliance with best practice principles of sustainable development. We also developed an overarching vision of ecotourism development benefits for Nierji. Including water protection, urban improvement and infrastructure plans for proposed tourism sites, the project provides technical support for further development.
