We have undertaken 5 provincial water-saving society construction plans in Ningxia, Xinjiang, Tibet autonomous region and so on. We have undertaken more than 20 municipal water-saving society construction planning in Harbin, Hefei, Haikou, Changchun, Zhoushan, Delingha and so on. Water saving society planning strengthens the planning and management of water resources, in order to solve the shortage of local water resources, the utilization rate of transit water is low, and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent. Extensive use of water, low utilization of water, water saving awareness is not strong, waste of water seriously. A series of water environmental problems resulting from poor water quality of regional rivers, over exploitation and irrational utilization of water resources. Vigorously carry out water-saving measures, develop water-saving agriculture, industry and service industry, establish water-saving society, and achieve sustainable use of water resources.
