鄂爾多斯市水資源循環(huán)利用及信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃
我們承擔(dān)了鄂爾多斯市蒙西工業(yè)園區(qū)水資源循環(huán)利用方案項(xiàng)目,分析計(jì)算了不同時(shí)期工業(yè)園區(qū)的用水需求總量、排水總量和可供水量,通過(guò)水資源優(yōu)化配置理論與最佳管理實(shí)踐對(duì)各企業(yè)供排水進(jìn)行合理配置,形成工業(yè)園區(qū)水資源循環(huán)利用方案。該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施不但為蒙西工業(yè)園區(qū)水資源利用水平提供了解決方案,并且保障了鄂爾多斯市節(jié)水型社會(huì)建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行。同時(shí)我們還承擔(dān)了鄂爾多斯市黃河南岸水權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃,通過(guò)對(duì)水權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)內(nèi)的黃河干流引提水口、退水口、渠道分水口門(mén)引退水、地下水、水質(zhì)、作物生長(zhǎng)系統(tǒng)等信息的采集與傳輸,建立了一個(gè)以3S技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)和決策支持系統(tǒng)為核心的現(xiàn)代化灌區(qū)管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了水資源調(diào)度方案的優(yōu)化決策、閘門(mén)遠(yuǎn)程自動(dòng)控制、工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)圖像監(jiān)視、管理和辦公自動(dòng)化等功能。
We were commissioned to complete a water resource recycling plan for the Mengxi Industrial Zone, located within Erdos City. The water resource recycling plan calculated total water demand forecasts, total water discharge, and the amount of water available in the industrial zone, considering several different development scenarios. The plan also determined water allocation quotas for each enterprise, with respect to water supply, and discharge according to optimal allocation and best management practices. This plan provides strong technical support for the improvement of water resource utilization in the industrial zone, and contributes to the building of sustainable water use in Erdos City. We also engaged to the information management systems for water rights trading on the Yellow River. This system employed 3S technology, sophisticated database technology and decision-making supporting functions and optimized decision making within the water resource dispatching plan, enabled automatic remote-control of sluice gates, provided on site video monitoring.
